Good for Mozilla. However, with the existing OS entrants the marketplace is already crowded as it is and with the incredible pace of development for Android, IOS, WP and BB + Tizen and now Sailfish, gonna be a good 4-5 years at least before FF makes it to more than few devices.

Here are some future facts you take it or not but thats the way its gonna be ... 1. All big players in android are leaning towards some secondary os so the premierity of android will start to degrade as time goes.. So fanboys stfu and stop crying all over in other os's posts.. 2. ZTE , Huawei are the next masters of the low budget(yes ,budget! not specs).. We all know samsung is already losing its ground at the bottom of android chain but still is a numba 1 predator at its top.
        3. Samsung stands no chance in the middle segment cos Lumias here and upcoming sailfish are too good to be defeated by their pathetic grands and megas in this segment (actually any one who buys a samsung or Htc in this segment till Q2 '14 would actually can be considered as an idiot since you gonna become the sheep of project empty all old hardware stocks.. I mean you'll get if you closely follow the hardware they gonna use in this segment for next 3 semesters.. So sony ok but they gonna make most of em nippon exclusive.. Lg's good if you can forget about os updates ;-P ) 4. Now at the top samsung's still the ruler(oh there gonna be a lot of pathetic smiley faces reading this sentence !) . Well some orthodox still live in bb.. Apples falling from the tree unless they are gonna do smth wonderful or try to wipe their expensive as.ses wp not at all a threat since they are catching up unlike their midrangers.. But cant say the future because of the whole android app meego smooth nokia quality thing from jolla.. But till then bosses can give tasks their juniors on their notes and galaxys. 5. We've all seen extensive support from carriers to apple samsung and nokia but mozilla and ubuntu are going to recieve that support more than any one.. The thing is you'll be accessing internet if your phone is on... And tell me which carrier in this "realm" is stupid enough to miss the opportunity to ripp of their customers' pockets ? ..
So stop making hasty comment like how toy in you hand is better than others' how appfull or smooth your os is.. If this comment has hurt you ! Well you know its "THE TRUTH" !!!

There is a open source, linux based, License-Free( not royalty free though) OS out there, with over 600K Apps. Only the companies, who couldn't win in the last round of smartphone Battle( loser? ) want to encourage this OS. ( obviously, no samsung, no nokia, no HTC, no LG)

i dont see the point of another os on a mobile. getting silly, truth is there all based on the linux kernal. so why dont they just put linux on a mobile as an os and be done.
