Since axing the Note series, Samsung has mostly become a conservative and predictable company. No longer pushing the envelope, rather playing too safe. Even designs have become bland boring.
Examples:
1. BATTERY: could have tried fitting in 5300 5500 mAh in Ultra. instead giving the same old 5000 mAh. Likewise, S23 vanilla want to climb higher to 4300 4500. Increase thickness a little bit so that camera bumps don't stick out that much.
2. GAMING: better heat chambers and innovative cooling solutions for sustained optimization in S series. Dedicated gaming phone in mid-range replacing the M52 / F52.
3. CHIPSET: invest more in Exynos GPU department, employ best engineers and increase efficiency
4. CAMERA: because of chasing 100 200 MP useless numbers S series no longer are top in DXOmark rankings. Like predicted, 50 MP cameras from other makers are the best because simply they take advantage of expanded sensor size without sacrificing larger pixels. Samsung is bringing shame to its own camera team by not using Isocell GN2 1/1.17" & similar 50 MP sensors.
5. IRIS / FACE 3D SCANNING: not returned yet.
6. LOSSLESS MUSIC: invest in lossless wireless audio codec and chip development so wireless audio and headphones should sound like wired. Better latency without sacrificing battery efficiency and audio quality. Enable better codecs in mid low segment.

Battery degredation is not one of them, if people buy quality wireless charging pads that is a non issue, and a good pad that charges quicker should have a fan.
But people buy AliExpress crap and complain, wireless charging is fine and even while I don't use it, it doesn't stand in my way either.
It's easy to use for those that like it.

Long time ago I heard someone start that topic, color is color.
My husband got himself a lavender S23U and nobody cares, just because it is lavender by your logic he uses a girlish color.
Wow, had a good laugh thank you.
(If someone says "I don't like pink because it's ugly" then sure that is fine, I hate pink and my parent kept buying me pink stuff when I was younger because "girls wear pink"
But to not like a color because "certain colors are tied to certain gender" is silly, always was)

Colour is colour, people should get what they want.
We are not talking here about a guy wearing a skirt (unless kilt, but Scottish people do that for very different reasons) but each to their own, those people don't bother me.
We are talking about a colour, or wouldn't you eat some fruit because of having a girlish colour?
