I don't understand why people keep picking on Xiaomi's software support... Bad software support is endemic to the entire software industry, it's not unique to Xiaomi. Even other top tier flagships are infested with bugs, that's why they need to be patched monthly, but very few people complain about these "perfect" flagships/brands!

Nobody would buy Xiaomi 13 pro or 13 ultra, for that money people will always choose samsung or iphone. Thats the truth, xiaomi didnt even try to push monthly updates, what a lazy spec worshipper.

I would not pay $1200 for samsung, but still not use it for free since it lacks what I need.
If you dont like the phone, you're not using anyway.

Same speech of the " no jack no buy ppl". In the end, choose samsung or apple. But complain. Xiaomi flagships do not even earn monthly patches, nobody says anything here.
But motorola, meizu, zte, sony, htc , asus are trashed if they do same

A Motorola phone that's most recent update was the october 1st security patch. It's not just about the major version updates but the security updates, too. Also should mention I've never owned a samsung phone, and my phone before my Motorola was an asus phone. I'm not conjecturing, I'm speaking from my experience.

There is a huge difference between using a free review unit and actually daily driving a device you spend your money.
I would also daily drive a xiaomi 13pro, but i am not paying Xiaomi more money than S23Ultra.

The hardware is usually decent, and depending on the area can be well priced, but the software support is abysmal. My phone didn't get android 13 until August 2023. Additionally, I never thought any company could have worse customer support than Asus until I tried dealing with Motorola. Combined with few of their phones being especially unique, it makes a lot of sense that they're not being picked for top 5 lists.

Every time i go iphone it work for like a month. Then i switch back iphone is very good phone but it dont know why it wont work for me. Now i use s23 ultra for more then 4 month it work just fine
