But it's slow. I have nothing on it, no spywares.
It's time to replace it with something more decent but cheap.

I’m tired of Motorola fragmenting the g series into so many subpar phones like the g play. I wish they dropped the g stylus, g power, and g play and instead put their time into making one good $400 phone. I think 2024 will be another midranger renaissance just like 2020 because how many good $400-$500 phones are rumored to come out soon like the iPhone SE 4, Pixel 8a, Nothing Phone 2a, and Galaxy A55, and if Motorola can deliver the same experience as those phones for cheaper while giving software updates for just s as long, then they could win a lot of market share, especially in the US where Motorola already has the advantage over many budget Chinese brands of being available on contract from all three major carriers. Motorola would have to change their strategy to compete in this price bracket though because unlike budget phones that try to have the highest specs possible for the lowest price, midrange phones have to have a certain level of polish that Motorola has always struggled with. They can’t have choppy animations, poor image processing, or lots of bloatware. I think if Motorola focuses more on processing power and less on specs that only look good on paper like their high refresh rate displays, then more people would like their phones. And while I don’t like this g play, I think having one good camera instead of three bad ones is a step in the right direction.

Phones are too heavy as is, manufacturers should aim to get below 150g again to reduce wrist strain and prevent people from going to the doctor and getting surgery because they say they got carpal tunnel. You can’t „train“ the wrist either because that’s not how the anatomy of the wrist works.

If it's just going to be 4G then why not put 6000mah battery in it else its just like all there other phones they have released so far. Moto Needs to step up they have made good phones before
