It is weird seeing a Redmi Note phone costing 30k. The features have increased, the build and materials used have improved but it still is a redmi note. I think their own previous success will hurt here a bit even though both Pro and Pro+ are just fine.

No they don't ship with HyperOS out of box. They are just "HyperOS ready".
