It's amazing how Apple still can keep up sales with only 4 phones on the markets. 2nd-hand iPhone 4 and 3GS are selling bigtime in developing markets. Of course the availability isn't as great as Samsung's, Nokia and chinese brand phones.

Surely the fact Samsung has more handsets on offer is the reason they are doing so well? Apple refuse to cater to the lower market which means they lose alot of sales to people who dont always want the top phones.
The reason Samsung is doing better than apple goes both ways: Samsung have better phones; Apple refuse to do lower end phones.

And mostly through innovation and hard work. The S4 is actually a great improvement although agreed it couldve been a little more

Remember shamesung fans. Apple just sold two phones iPhone 5 and 4S (as 4 is discontinued) worth 22 billion. Shamesung sold All the Galaxies from A to Z and then Notes, then Tabs, then every letter has its own portfolio. Example Ace, Ace 2,S1,S2,S3,S4.... And the index goes on.

iPhone 5 beat the GS3 in sales last years sales or whatever two phones from last year. People forget this a new year therefore new devices. The GS4 may have sold a lot of devices for now. until the next iPhone takes the spotlight again haha

I find samsung prices too expensive for me and also the improvement from S3 to S4 to me is a lack of innovation and game changing features. :(

But in 2010 after 3 years, apple managed. And now if android's dominance is huge to overcome, BB will manage it. And for Nokia, 91% use MS Windows in PC. W8 tablets are trending now, Lumias with Nokia tech and WP8 in smartphone market are Trending. One day when BB will again have its RIM glory and Nokia will have its 60% Market share again...!! History Repeats itself.

AnonD-58540, 28 May 2013used to have n s3 and beleive methe hype sammy created was ... moreseems like you did'nt own a s3 at all. screen is a super amoled, which provides details using low power efficiency. lag? i guess you don't know how to use a smartphone, every friend of mine who switched from ip5 to s3 are satisfied and contented, they never experienced any lag even if they don't use task manager. one last thing, s3 has a fm radio.

I wonder if everyone will be happy if there is nothing else to purchase but Samsung's and iPhone's. That must be very borring. For all people who wishes for other companies to "die", try to imagine that.
