Next hype-wave will come when resistive T/S becomes obsolete, I guess we will see alot phones with 10 Mpix cameras, projectors, body-fat'o'meters, RFId readers and other ridiculous crap.

We have seen camera samples of Innov8, pixon or even C905, but haven't seen how the LGs offering are performing. Some how I have the feeling that LG is simply hyping things up, thanks to its arch rival Samsung. I would like to see if I'm right or wrong.

as for this phone...its nice however the desing is out dated...if it is cheap with a good camera i just might get it next to the nokia 5800 XM
p.s. i think that this phone VS samsung m8800

y r u guys binin out so many handsets esp flagship ones!bring out a 1 in al set!lyk innov8 wid xenon nd cover nd optical zoom!
or pixon wid optical zoom n wifi n os n higher res screen!
dats it n den stay put for atleast 2 months so dat us poor consumers can decyd n finally buy a phone!oderwys we wil b lost n mayb sumday b so much fedup of dis stuff dat we wont use nemore high end phones!
evry manufacturers has jumped onto d mpxl war except nokia n moto!

More and more megapixels in a tiny sensor = Worse pictures.
I would like to see 5mp phones with sensosr with less noise, better low light performance and a better lens, but of course that will never be because it doesn't sell!!!
Who cares about photo quality, it's all about mpixels!!!

if its anything like the lg secret then the quality will be poor and the operating system will be unreliable and sluggish.
not to mention that lg have no after care service whats so ever. even if this phone was specced to the max i wouldnt buy it.

At the end of 2008, competion of 8 megapixel camera phone getting more faster and hot.
Sony Ericsson C905, Samsung GT-i8510 INNOV8, LG KC910 Renoir, Samsung GT-M8800 Pixon, and LG KC780.
Eagerly anticipating for the next device leaked. Maybe new 8 megapixel touchscreen smartphone.
