It's those Microsoft guys who thought by discontinuing Nokia OS's will automatically increase WP marketshare.

Oh and before you respond i've read up enough and heard enough mouth to mouth about USSR to understand how everything works in PRC and to know that they're basically like USA democratic party - "Can't we just drone strike him?"

Anonymous, 16 Jan 2024I trust Nokia technology than Huawei or ZTE network solutions 🙄Shows how very naive you are and easy manipulated by news sources you have preference for. USA gov is about as evil as the worst goverments on this planet and nokia are doing it for money, nothing else (they dont care 1 bit about your safety).
Also nokia are literally years behind the likes of huawei in tele communications, admitted it themselves, uk was meant to be swapping over to only Nokia tech etc about 2 years ago (or starting to) and it would put us almost a decade behind (dont know if we're still doing this, i know atleast half the equipment here is still huawei from the last reports i read).
Also the chinese goverment doesnt care what you eat in the morning or your favourite television show or what you do with your partner or really have any interest in what most of US and uk do, they have far more power than even the US and uk combined, more weapons, bigger army and out populate US and uk combined about 5:1.
The ones who speaks the loudest have the more selfish cause in this one, dont let the pantomime that is the media convince you otherwise.

Maybe they expected BBK to quickly strike some sort of licensing agreement? Usually the US courts are a better venue if you want a global injunction, so maybe Nokia expected BBK to ignore such an outcome, since they only sell a few OnePlus phones here and would just withdraw from the US market.

Who was making mediocre phones? Even their very last set of phones(which were the Lumias) were great and had standout designs and features. I would say the rest of the world has started building mediocre phones since the OG manufacturers left.
