Apple now allows alternative in-app payments on the App Store in the US

Cupertino will charge a 27% tax on payments made outside the App Store.

Apple needs to be sued over this until they go bankrupt!! They don't care about their customers and developers at all! Also, allow sideload and also rooting when an iphone receives its last update!

    Apple's decision of taking commission is right but still, 27% is way too much for just providing marketplace only. It should be around 15%.

How dare Apple charge them a percentage for using their platform and make money from a market Apple created!

          Think of it like if you go to ATM to take some money out and then the operation system that ATM is running would take there share from the money you take out.

            This is not good at all, looks like Apple wasn't sued enough.

              Very useful for those who wish to use Cash App, Venmo or Zelle. No longer having to add your card to the App Store.
