pretty sure preorders started on 17th Jan 6pm UK time as thats when i pre-ordered mine to be delivered 24th Jan

The UK did start taking pre orders for the S23 Series on the day of the unpacked event.
I still haven't received my pre registration voucher or the other freebies. I was on the fence about upgrading but took this as a sign not to bother.

I'm surprised UK, Germany and US have preorders so late. They've started taking preorders since the announcement day in France.
