Sony Xperia Z to be available through a US carrier soon

Sony CEO Kaz Hirai indicated that the new Sony flagship will hitting a US carrier in the near future.

    Message to both; AT&T & SONY !!
    AT&T needs to get SONY (Experia Z) and SONY needs to get AT&T put their phones on the US market, asap!!

              Wow, that's late, here in the Philippines, xperia z was already available last may via smart telecom, I am using xperia v though since its smaller which is also available via smart telecom, but then people with bigger hands will definitely prefer the xperia z.

                Sony's mobile presence in US is not much as in Europe, Asia. Back then with ericsson, they were second to nokia, while US had the moto razr which i also owned but broke in less than 3 mos used. Today in my country, sony is next to samsung, and they are keeping up well with their reputation as a maker of durable and beautiful phones.

                      I bought Xperia z (C6602) last three weeks here at sony (US) but the 3G still not working, I stop by at ATT to set up my phone but still not work?

                              well it is good to know that atleast sony respects indian consumers over the westerns and recognizes the true potential of indian market when it comes to smartphones and they have indeed been very much successful with xperia z in india.
                              i guess that other brands must also learn something from sony and consider india as a major market and not launch their phones 3 to 4 months after the western countries.

U.S. Is not Sony Xperia's market, they just getting started. Sony's markets are U.K. India, and south east Asia, and some regions. Not so much on U.S.
