They are reducing the screen size so I hope they would lower the price of pixel 9 pro and lance another 9 ultra with bigger display and the same price as 8 pro but if they want to reduce the screen size they have to lower the price as well because I love pixel phone because they give you flagship phone in much longer price than the competition. So I would be very happy if they lower the price and don't take any feature away.

Why to reduce the screen size? Try to reduce the bezels eventually. When someone gets used to a bigger display it is hard going back to a smaller one.

Looks like somebody attached an old MiBand for the camera area.

As another blogger I do believe, the 6.5 inch information has been a mistake or typo. While being a millimeter larger the screen size downsized to 6.5 inches? I doubt it. It will stay 6.7 inches instead - how should we do all that ai manipulating when we cannot even see the pictures on a larger screen (and 6,7 inches is really not that large, I would have loved to see a 6,8 inch display instead!)

gremio.net, 26 Jan 2024This design turned out very beautiful.I love that big bump proeminent camera island with its gorgeous mate plastic finish case and extremely smart cheap chrome PVC and fish eyes outdated lenses
Also how great is tensynos and refreshing, clean , bug free and configurable is googoo's Android
I really can't wait to pay my whole income for that wonder...
Haha

I read tech white paper , they explained they can switch camera and mix remotely for their own wishes, because they say it's on protected process and blablabla. Just do some research you should grab that doc
Also they put lot of low cost outdated lenses, very cheap tensynos, cheap plasticy bloaty unremovable software. And will ask 899 or more for that. Pretending their AI solve all your problems of the world and their f'ked hardware. Seriously...
.googo is spying and cheating you more and ever and taking us for unskilled people that's really a fact.

Anonymous, 25 Jan 2024Tensynos is a cheaper and handicapped version using spare p... moreYes and if you look at the lenses of pixels, they are old sh't gabage trsh too. The pixel are only the processing pictures and fans and paid reviewed make it look good ( I really don't understand how people like those 2d sharpy, remind me amstrad 640x480 and those old time 'high res' trick aliasing, well witv a little bit of exaggeration there...)
Tensynos is even worse than 2400, with that overboosted AI Chiplet used for multiple Google spyware services, look at android ads, android as process in your phone, do some research on internet about what it is.
You pay for googoo making money spying and draining your cpu and battery, it's insane to me.
Just , would they let at least remove that nasty search bar this time ?
Sorry for the h.te, googo was great in his time. They are from the past now.
They would have to pay me to use it. Even for free I wouldn't use that piece of sh't

ss, 24 Jan 2024as long you running a clean android the hardware don't... moreHave you used Android 12 or newer? Material Design 3 is fugly, and getting your phone to do what you'd like (e.g. feature parity with older Android phones) is now impossible:
No inline translating anymore without the stupid bubble always on-screen...
No restricting all data to individual apps...
On newer Samsung models, no output to speaker if headphones are plugged in...
Green dot on the screen when using camera, mic, etc...
Normal-size, densely packed dropdown bar with separate Wi-Fi and Mobile...
Accent colors (gross) based on your background instead of just a regular non-colorful theme.
Stupid wiggly lines on playback selectors when audio/video is playing.
Nonnegotiable reminder every 3 months that the apps that you trust (or even self-compile and install) are a potential source of trouble and to verify that you, in fact, want those convenient services that you chose to install.
Location-based reminders. Remember those?
Lock screen that can be better customized so you never accidentally emergency call while riding a bicycle, for instance...
Fingerprint sensors that aren't placed where you sometimes accidentally unlock your phone while putting it into a pocket.
Pocket mode that actually prevents screenshots and keypress shortcuts if the phone is clearly (based on its sensor readings) not being held and used by a person.
A decent glove mode.
A decent underwater/partially submerged touch sensitivity.
The weather widget is the dumbest now. If you make it 2 units wide (at any height) it shows---DRUMROLL---the _time_! The weather widget shows the time!
If you make the calendar widget 1 unit tall, the heading will take up almost all of the space now (instead of your next planned event)
Checkboxes should never be placed on another clickable UI element. If your thumb is anything wider than a stylus, you _will_ inadvertently open a few emails while trying to mass delete with checkboxes in the Gmail app.
To install anything older than a few years, you need to manually download and install outside of the Play Store or even use an app to fool your phone into thinking the app is designed for Android 14. Something like the Neumann Mic Placement app---which is incredibly useful for planning stereo recordings, doesn't need further development, and isn't a security risk AT ALL---will not run on Android 14 via Play Store.
Stock Android is a disgrace.

Anonymous, 25 Jan 2024Tensynos is a disgrace.there is no hope that the pixel will solve the problems of self-discharge of the battery, the phone seems to be normal, the scanner that everyone scolded actually works fine, the cameras and everything else are very bloated, autonomy is a C grade, the application for working with APK permissions is better implemented on Xiaomi, the pixel does not have the ability to block traffic to applications only background traffic, no settings for unloading the application from the cache memory, no function button, no ability to take screenshots with three fingers, no ability to quickly turn on silent mode using the volume buttons, very quiet phone

Anonymous, 25 Jan 2024But pixel have main problem is network issues.Tensynos is a cheaper and handicapped version using spare parts from Exynos garbage bin, don't expect any good from Google
It was literally made to save costs for them, and not to benefit you.
SD 8 Gen 3 costs $180 to OEMS, meanwhile crappy Tensynos G3 costs Google only $30 to make.
