The handset shouldn't go for more than $500.
S4 brand will mean it will clean up the middle of the market. This is S2 upgrade or iphone5 where they are looking to switch.

I hope this is not gonna be the official price, s3 mini back then is only at less than 400 dollars in my country. I would like to see if this can be a good replacement to my N4, what do u think guys?

The mobile price is always little bit higher in Russia comparing with other countries, so we can expect S4 mini will be priced lower in india

Samsung will have to keep the price between 23k to 25k in India or else Nexus is greatest option available.
Or else it should lower the price of s2+ to around 18k and keep the price of s4 mini around 20-21k otherwise everybody will go for nexus.
