Anonymous, 27 Jan 2024the EU forced apple to do things they didnt want, now the E... moreThat does not make any sense. Manufacturers can put whatever engine in phones they desire. So can car manufacturers. EU will however over the next couple of years force manufacturers to design phones where replacement of battery is an easy task..

MicroSoft already started this with their new SurfacePro 9. Phone manufacturers not complying to this will be left behind.

Only two things I don't like about it - it's Samsung and it's too expensive. Aside everything else is good enough - size, camera configuration, form factor, straight sides, DEX etc etc.

If only Huawei would be capable of making properly sized phones.

12 GB RAM and 512 GB really?!
                Get your facts right.

[deleted post]If Samsung are so confident with their exynos chips then they should price their devices running exynos a lot lower so people might buy cause of the price not being so high. In time the performance of those devices will generate and regain the lost confidence among the returning and new buyers who are not willing to invest big bucks in a exynos powered phone.

Can't wait how 'great' exoshit will perform 😂

About lenses, my s23 was a bit disappointing, still it works and always give good enough and sharable stills. s24 should be same lenses and processing is more a matter of taste then.

About lenses, Sony lenses have something always disturb me in iPhone pictures, too sharpy maybe. Even they are great at detailed and contrasted pictures.

For the point and shot, I love Samsung, even it seems not a lot of improvements in s24

Zendroid, 27 Jan 2024When did they try, since you know that as a fact? Oh, right. S23 does not have exynos, remember?
                                      Still did not boost sales.
If tensynos costs 1/3 of snapdragon, regular exynos is probably no more than 1/2.
                                      Easily $60-70 cheaper.
