      An entry level phone should never be called "Pro", especially not with the Helio G36, and even less so given that the non-pro variant has a better chipset ..

        I hate using this word but this phone is e-waste and everybody knows it. That core is literally 12 years old and even when it launched it was considered low-end (because it's an in-order core). I don't mind that this phone has a 720p screen; it saves energy and it doesn't even look that bad. I installed LineageOS (unofficial GSI) on my Moto G Pure with a Helio G25 and it was just as bad as the stock ROM. These 8 A53 chips shouldn't be in anything except smartwatches and e-readers. Even 4 A73 cores paired with 4 A53s would be vastly more usable.
