It will be like Google One. Google Photo has some of the editing features behind paywall as part of Google One subscription.

The problem is, Samsung doesn't really have existing services. They already shuttered their cloud storage and partnered with Microsoft instead. I doubt people will want to pay strictly for the "AI" stuff. It has to be bundled with something premium, like extra cloud storage or something.

              Using AI is no problem, but when you released the AI you should consider the each and every mobile phone specification.
              Ex: A33 5G phone is having 4 types of specs (128GB/4GB - Very slow performance, 128GB/6GB - Average performance, 128GB/8GB - Fast Performance, 256GB/8GB - Very Fast Performance). so AI features for 128GB/8GB can't use with other two models. bcz ram usage is limited.

                      I enjoy using offline AI features like object eraser, remaster and add portrait effect very often. however, they have been free since s21. I stick with the free ones. apple still doesn't have any AI features (they just released add portrait effect with iphone15pro). google photos also have some AI features for free and some paid. samsung is following their footsteps. even with the free ones, you will be using more AI than apple.

                        Subscription for AI on smartphone. Wow we are lost.

                          Why first news it'll only be free till 2025, then there were people saying this was just false info and now it's again in the news as free till 2025. Which is it now?

                          Also half of these "Ai" features are already available now on my S23 Ultra. I have object erasing, shadow erasing, reflection erasing and other stuff. Does this mean I'll lose these features and they'll be then paid for options? So much unnecessary faff...

                            Circle to search works same in goole lens. Difference is you can search photo in gallery app. Otherwise result is the same as searching photo in google lens. Nothing new.

What is the point of developing Samsung AI that costs millions of dollars only to be enjoyed by a few rich people. on a business point it doesn't make sense. this is why Samsung has been doing well business wise since the 80s, many cellphone companies have come and go and Samsung still stands strong. they know how to run a business.

                                  So what's the point of the S24 series if the AI features are gonna be everywhere? Also, lmao imagine having to pay for AI features after paying 1300-ish dollars on the S24 Ultra, yiiikes.
