    Big question in my mind from the web archive link others have shared is how this would handle notificiations. The webpage has a sentence that says "Snap a photo, play tunes, check incoming calls and reply texts — all straight from your wrist," so I wonder if this might have the capability to do custom text replies with an on-screen keyboard or will still be limited to pre-set responses instead. Seems to be one of the main features that still separates "smartwatches" from "fitness trackers" at the moment.

      Gave my Mi Band 6 to my sister. And decided to buy a real smartwatch. Bought Samsung Watch 6 Classic 47mm without LTE. Amazing watch with great build and cool screen. Somewhat large and heavy. But great. Different experience after using smart band. You should try it yourself. The only downside is shorter battery life.

          So my size calculus from the rendering was slightly too low

          42.9mm x 28.8mm x ??? (9.9 mm less protrusion)

            Doing some calculus from the screen size and the rendering sizes gives
            Screen: 22.1mm x 34.4mm
            Case: 28.5mm x 42.5mm x 11.2mm (9.6mm excluding protrusion)
            (Assuming the bezels are not faked smaller in the rendering, like especially many Chinese manufacturers often do, but they seem fairly big so I think they are real)

            It looks like the overall design language is close to the good human-friendly rounded design of the Huawei Band 7 (and thankfully NOT like their Band 8, with sharper edges!).

            Unfortunately the screen overall seems completely flat, and not with a slight curvature following the arm better, like the Huawei band 6 and 7.

            But from the design alone, it looks like something I will have to buy and try...

            I liked the Huawei Band 7, but did not like that their software has been banned from the Android market since the fall of 2022, so it needed to be side-loaded - for the same reason I did not buy their band 8. So would be really nice with a Samsung alternative.

              I understand why it has no speaker or maybe mic,because there is no 'watch' in the naming, eg : the Huawei watch Fit2 has a mic and speaker....The first Huawei watch Fit just had a mic...still really wish it came with both somehow.

                    I really hope that there is a mic on top of that speaker so that we can have calls carried on band while driving for example. Far efficient than built in solution in most cars :p

                    And this could make me switch my Watch 3 Titanium ...

                    Sadly, doesn't appear to have a mic nor a speaker. Can control music and send location for help, doesn't have NFC or GPS either. Can be charged @ 65% upon 30 min and have 13 days battery life. 1.6" OLED screen 256*402 px resolution.

                    Meh for me, too bad.

                      WTF is with those HUGE bezels?! Have they learned 'nothing'? Bezels are a total waste of space!

                        They took an CMF Watch Pro, stretched it, and done.
