Phones need to be certified, shipping, distribuition, import taxes.
            Pixels would get more expensive.
Sales need to increase in very significant amount.

In many markets, majority of devices sold costs less than $400. This is even below proce of pixel A phones. (8a is tipped to be $550).

If LG had quit many markets, would be able to handle losses and would be selling phones now.
Limited markets are how Asus, Htc and Sony can keep phone business going on.

Everyone seems to be very greedy and stingy on Google and just throws things away.

Google just increase the ads users have to pay to bump up their bottom line. But didn't know it was 180k+ employees, that's huge

Anders, 31 Jan 2024Pixels not making them any money whatsoever 🤣🤣That was never the intention. Google only sells Pixel phones in a very limited market. If they wanted to sell a lot, they would release it in more markets.

Remember, Google is an advertising company, not a hardware company. Any Android phone out there is making them money. The Pixel is just a reference phone like the Nexus line, but marked up at regular retail prices.

Anders, 31 Jan 2024Pixels not making them any money whatsoever 🤣🤣Because of the Soc they use, if they rode Snaodragon the story would certainly be different.

Pixels not making them any money whatsoever 🤣🤣

Yawn!! God, technology is boring... Who would have thought that we would come to this?

so youtube ad revenue increases and people still say i should turn off my adblock to support google/creators? even tho it was off and this IS the earnings WITH adblock off?
