I was told S4 have the best benchmark tests.
I when to test the phone out personally, it lags.. and have bad touch response.
So very confused, it did not happen with other phones.. like sony or htc or asus.
Worse of all .. its the only s600 chipset phone without FM radio!. Sony Z is still best.

or we can say that most of water proof smartphone identical with sony.
xperia active, go, acro s, v, z, zr, and still sony will release more smartphone with water proof.

In fact before Samsung, Casio has already released water-proof smartphone in April 2011 which was "G'zOne Commando".
Sony Xperia Z is just a follower.
In future all the smartphone will comply to below two standards:
1) IP67 certified - dust tight and water proof (up to 1m for 30 mins)
2) MIL-STD-810F certified - salt, dust, humidity, rain, vibration, solar radiation, transport and thermal shock resistant
