Phones with that chip sell ... moreThe boring black and white theming is intentional, it discourages unnecessary phone use by reducing the overall color and appeal that ui is typically designed for. Less screen time/phone use is what nothing is encouraging.

With all the different charge speeds and wireless options it makes no sense to include it with the phone. If you want one, pay extra, most people already have their house, cars and office full of charge points.

Nothing have zero to offer now. Let's sum this up, full fat version didn't sell as overpriced and not that good. No charger or case in box, unlike say Moto, which offer far better value. You had your moment Nothing, but didn't listen to consumers.

The CPU is close to the SD778G. Phones with that chip sell from 350 - 500 euro so it looks like they are aiming at the middle of that range. While it's a bit disappointing, the main attraction with Nothing is the iPhone-shape they have, the funky designs and decent cameras. Some people rave about the software but I cant think of a worse UI than black and white...
I'll wait for the GSM test and take it from there. I was looking at a Nothing phone a year ago but it was way too expensive at the time. and still is. I'd prefer if they introduced the Nothing 3 and kept the 1 and the 2 but dropped their prices by EUR200 each. Then I'd definitely get the 2 or maybe two 1's: one for me and one for the wife.

That's a great idea - omitting the only interesting feature that made this phone brand special. Instead they release a 400€ phone with 150€ specs and value.

Not sure why it's unappealing, rather it looks decent without the pointlessly gimmicky light glyphs on the back.

Well at least you dont get the crappy 8 mpix ultra wide that Xiaomi and Oneplus provide on their entry and mid level phones (Note 13 series and Nord 3 series..)
