LYT-T808 is copy of it, hardware info apps misread it as imx888.
Same way 555 (samsung), 557( sony) and 703 (apple) are equal.

Better sensors, better optics, but... they should bring some quality hi res raw option, like apple and samsung got, even if only on main cameras.
5x tele camera processing for better 10x/30x/100x pictures, well, like samsung went from 10x to 5x but still can regain detail thx to great stacking/processing - output should be like 12.5mp at 10x but like quad bayer, so processing to get normal bayer kind of color/other detail is important.
While others came with 5x hi res sooner, only samsung could perform better than their own 10x 10mp, so s24u is the current top performer.
Well, not that it change much. Folds should have that kind of hw now. Some take pictures with apple vision now, so why try so hard anyway on such format...

Ly... moreLYT-700 for the telephoto could have been a worthy competitor to the 1/1.56" sensor on the Find X7 Ultra, the super telephoto could've used the LYT-600 to compete better as well but seems like Xiaomi is gonna pull a Samsung here and chill out with the "Ultra"-ness. Imagine a phone with all LYT series sensors, that'd be a banger phone. Selfies would be far superior compared to previous phones as well.

IpsDisplay, 09 Feb 2024You can't do that.. that's cheating Bruh it's common sense to avoid v1 products. If anyone wants a new phone they should just get the 8 gen 2 or 3 for now. 8 gen 4 is better avoided.
