Obviously a full sleep study should still be done, but this will help patients with the data needed to advocate for themselves.

Samsung doesn't allow you to block internet access for the apps, though it's an Android feature. They're the worst in the privacy department. I've bought S21 and watch6. Watch6 is completely useless and overpriced, also huge privacy issues. S21 is OK, and the update policy is great but because of unacceptable privacy policies, my next phone will probably be a Google Pixel.

When I got my Samsung 3 Frontier in 2018, I started wearing it to bed, just to see how my sleep was. I noticed from time to time, that my heart rate would bounce into the 90 beats per minute range in the middle of the night. Next routine doctor visit, I showed this to my doctor who suggested a sleep study. I've been on a CPAP ever since. Sleep like a baby now, heart rate doesn't jump.

Anything that can’t do 10 hour maiden hotspot internet sharing in the age free internet on AI is bad for your health. Not to mention fashion sense.

No improvement.
You also need to wear it tight while you sleep and that makes it very uncomfortable.

Since in a smartwatch the oxygen measurement works during sleep, one can understand that a low oxygen reading during sleep means apnea. The only difference is that so far they don't have it as a separate tab called "apnea metrics".

I am not surprised to see the usual disinformation accounts going for a decade straight of, "this is the last Samsung device I will buy!"
It haven't worked for ten years, let's give it another decade, shall we?

Samsung, fix the damn Caller ID on Galaxy Watch 4. After WearOS 4 update, it doesn't even work anymore and their support is absolutely worthless and incompetent.
Also, Health apps on Samsung watches are a joke. So annoying with its notifications you have to turn it all off and then I don't know if heart related problems will even be notified. Galaxy Watch, never again. What a waste of money.

Samsung's health tracking disappoints, according to YouTube reviewers who compare it to scientific instruments.
Beautiful watch, a bad health tracker.
