It has happened before in mi phones. At one point, they used to insert frames in middle to create a smoother slow motion... They created 960 fps from 240 fps or so.

When I tested it, it was a fail. Huge amount of misplaced details and colour smearing was visible, I think it was 960 or 1920 fps mode on a Mi11x or some other Mi phone.

      Anonymous, 17 Feb 2024Without that expandable storage, it would be useful to some.it's as useful as an analog camcorder or any other old digital camcorders. 480p just feels like 2000s. where HD is still a luxury. any smartphones can do 480p. only thing missing is stabilization. few camera apps might utilize them.

          i hope Samsung dont bring any updates to the S23 Ultra,cause after some updates and Android 14,the S23U makes awesome Pictures.So pleasy @Samsung,dont f... it up.

              It's the same as their werable, they consider to have a lifespan of a few month or a year top. For a wearable @ 100-150, it could be understandable but for a tablet ...
              If I had to buy a tablet, I'll only consider an iPad and I'm saying that with no product from Apple in my home since I prefer Android 😅

                  When the S24 was announced, I though of the same ... 'Heh, theses will come to S23U at least, like they did on the S22'.

                  Very glad to NOT have purchased the S24U considering the small improvements 😂

                              So the £1200 Tab s8 ultra not not only gets less frequent security updates than an A33 ( still on November patch) but also misses out on these updates that the £500 S24fe gets? This is my first and last time buying an expensive Samsung tablet.

                                no reason to buy a samsung phone anymore

                                  so youre saying the longer i wait for these updates, i'll get more AI features and therefore in a few months by slapping a grey/titanium case on my S23 series phone, I'll have an S24??
