They did try to replace it 4x before I got one that worked right... except for the top speakers that still shows distortion over 80% volume, but i'll live with it. No amount of fanboyism will gatekeep nor gaslight me from thinking that this is ok. It was a bad purchase and I couldn't get it refunded so I'll just use it until I upgrade again.
