Nobody cares phones are big... but they complain about the size, yet would not go smaller because "there are barely any small phones, most are big so I get big one)

Same issues with other stuff we lost in the smartphone market.

The iPhone minis sold more units in 2021 alone (around 12 million) than the S22 Ultra in its entire lifetime (around 10.9 million). Look at the sales numbers.

I wonder where GSMA obtained the dimensions from. Perhaps it has a review unit and Nothing said it could reveal them.

A width of 76.3mm rules it out for me. My Redmi Note 13 Pro is 74.2mm, and that's wide to me. I guess it's 6.67" vs 6.7" though.

They should've copied Samsung like with first 2 phones

Meanwhile some people want a phone to be a phone, to be able to use it with one hand (not everyone has large hands)

I am not against big phones at all, but I am heavily against this stupid trend that companies keep releasing super large phone 99% of the time.

Want a big phone? Hundreds of possible models and foldables go beyond that.

Want a smaller phone? I can count that one one hand.

Want a really small phone? Well there is the iPhone 13 Mini which Apple didn't make a followup for, and niche but low power products like the Unihertz one (but for me, 13 Mini is the limit and also what I would want if it wasn't a fact I want Android and had to go S23, because Zenfone has zero warranty support here and prices are higher than Pixel 8 or S23)

Anyhow, zero reasons to complain for people wanting oversized phones...
