      Second thing - I dont like their design, its like a remote controller, too narrow and too long.
      For the updates, after two years, I dont care too much.
      Since they dont have longer support, in my opinion, they are way expensive.

                  This brand is only worth it if you live in China. I had two devices, an M6 Note and then an X8. I bought the X8 in 2019 and kept it until half of last year and it was a very good device, but Meizu has the worst updates of all. The global version only updates once a month and comes with bugs that are never fixed.

                        It makes a lot of sense to announce they are quitting the smartphone business and then release their phone after. It tells people that this is their last chance to get one. It should translate into better sales.

                        Now if only LG did this with their rollable phone or the V70. I want the V70 so bad.

                          The android alternatives for Samsung other than pixel, oppo or xiaomi seem to be running out now and those rare companies who used to do something different aren't even trying anymore

                          OnePlus - is now just oppo with a OnePlus logo
                          Nokia - got washed out into the entry market
                          Sony - probably the one that has the most potential but continues to sleep
                          HTC - the ghost pops up from time to time but no return
                          Rog phone - just became another generic flagship brand
