I can't say I'm an expert on the Indian government, but at some point it will change, Reliance/the Ambanis will be investigated (see the Hindenberg report) and this will bring Disney's reputation down with them. I'm not even sure why they need this to happpen, Disney has plenty of cash to splash on cricket streaming rights of that's what they're really after.
