Ecchigo, 07 Mar 2024How's the step counter and other tracking stuff in thi... moreThe step counter is terrible. It WAY overcounts. I can wake up with 1000 steps, and acquire 1400 more during a 4 four shift at the desk in my home office.
Now, I really don't trust any of its readings.
Looks good and seems well built. Hopefully, a software update can remedy these issues.

I'm thinking about buying a smartband with NFC, just so I can use the payment function to buy something (like a drink) when I go for a run without taking my smartphone.
...unless this function only works with the smartphone nearby.

This band is without NFC - a very important omission. I have Mi Band 7 NFC and it works flawlessly with Curve - hence - all bank providers.

I hope they've FIXED the poor band replacement button because the 7 Pro is a nightmare to get the bands off in order to change them. It appears that Xiaomi designers have done little to shrink the display surface bezels which, IMHO are way too big! (same as the 7 Pro).
