Heck, even Apple doesn't have all that resources.. Huawei is backed by Chinese government to work in many fields which means it'll NEVER fall and be forgotten like what happened to the companies you mentioned.

Tries entry level cheap or downright garbage phone and writes off entire ecosystem of devices based on assumptions. This works the other way round too. It's scary how many people lack basic common sense.

TBH the Huawei Mate 60 Pro may probably a worse VFM(Value for money) phone due to the stability of the processor. The camera is top notch, but the overall performance does not justify the price itself. I personally own a Huawei P60 Pro and I really think that the Huawei P60 Pro is a better buy tho. One of the reasons is that SMIC charges Huawei more for it's services and unless Huawei and SMIC cannot develop more advance technologies to complement western ones and unless they could not get their hands on more advance western tech, then SMIC will charge more to Huawei resulting on their phones being more expensive. But if China could have develop their own space stations and satellites, developing chipsets and improving them would be possible.

Let me remind you that Huawei does not only rely on smartphone selling and their tech advancement does not only stay at their smartphone business, it also expands to telecommunications and 5g and they are now implementing 5g - A and 5.5G and I will not be shock if Huawei is the one that will win the 6g race, Huawei is also involve in cybersecurity businesses and AI and their most recent business is selling EVs, and let me tell you that Huawei is much more larger than Apple. Apple only has 167000 employees while Huawei has 207000. Plus don't ever try to compare Color OS and MIUI with EMUI/Harmony OS, F that Huawei does not deadboots it's own phones, maybe you are a Xiaomi Warrior I guess?

                    Tech advancement is not the selling point, people only buy Nokia/Huawei for nostalgic factor.

                    In terms of Software hardware specs, huawei lags behind BBK or even xiaomi.

                      1 year back sell the phone. Now Nothing Phone 1 256GB, Purchased on BBD sale. Super smooth and proper updates.

                        Nice. Vivo signed a similar agreement with ZTE. This is a sign they are going to make more of a global push than previously as that is basically what the patent agreements appear to be aimed at
