I wonder how this will all go with the android versions, like will they all get just Android 13, or will they upgrade all, or will they make some weird fragmentation.
I honestly think they should rather make proper new models like s7 lite s8 lite or whatever rather than just a rebuild of the same device

Samsung should have given 6 GB of RAM for the base model and offered an 8 GB RAM - 128 GB ROM option. Also the price should have been 50€ less for both variants. I can understand why Samsung used Exynos 1280 because using Exynos 1380 would have made the Tab S9 FE redundant. I hope Samsung changed the old panel with the ghosting problem. At least it has a headphone jack and AKG-tuned speakers.

S9 FE prices for a re-refresh of a 4 year old device? Samsung must be cleaning out the parts bin because they've lost it here.

Samsung nowdays is just a brand name which makes the selling point and old long gone fame and quality they once had but people still beluieve into it makes the selling point here.
Apart from that every competitor among chinese brands will preform better.

Oh God, it'll be worse than the Tab A9+. The version of the Exynos 1280 in the A25 was absolutely dreadful for any sort of tasks and connectivity for me and others, so I can't imagine it'll be any better for this. The 4GB of RAM is definitely gonna make it slow too. Should've just stuck with the Snapdragon 720G/730G/732G in the 2022 model and just given it a longer update schedule. Would last longer that way

$400 for this??? This is gonna flop. The E1280 is found on the lower-midrange A25, and the RAM/storage is what you find on a $150 device in 2024.
For $400, I expect a SD855 equivalent or better, 8/256 internal RAM/storage, HRR or OLED display tech, and since it's a tablet, a headphone jack and MicroSD slot or extra port.

And the reason this tablet got refreshed is bc is the best selling of the lineup. Its in the perfect point between being trash (A7) and something good
