simonh, 10 Jun 2013these operators are just greedy it cost very little to make... moreYou're telling me. Especially with data plans!!
Most if not all companies just transfer the data to you. It's not even theirs!

And just a few years ago Unlimited Data for smart phones was the same! About $30 including unlimited messaging! Now You have to pay $50 for 5GB!!!?????? Verzion offers 50GB...FOR $375! *UCKING RIDICULOUS!

I understand traffic became much higher, but they could've easily revamped their networks or gave a reasonable cap, but no 2-5 EFFING GIGS.

these operators are just greedy it cost very little to make a handset as most r&d is done as alot of handsets conform to the same basic design ie samsung s3 and s4,if people stopped taking out contracts for 24 months everytime a new phone is released maybe they would come back to 12/18 month contracts but the sad news is we have 2 or 3 contracts taken out about 10 months apart so we can get the newest release and they know we do thats why they get away with it...

UK phone industry is much better 24 month contracts as standard majority of handsets with no upfront costs for under £40 ($60) per month with a good amount of useage U.S. phone market is so backward in terms of tarrifs

being forced to skip every other product cycle is the opposite of good customer service; way to go ATT at being consistent with your user experience.
