Geekerwan reviewed it already, it's mixed feeling, but sd 8 gen 2 overall still good soc, so it depend with price, nowadays we live in an era we're flagship soc use less power than midrange.

I believe that;
Ace 3V is Nord 4/5 with SD7+ gen3
Nord 4/5 CE has SD7 gen3 which is around half the Geekbench score of the above.

Oneplus India reveals next Nord design and title. IDK whether this is a rebrand of Ace 3 V, because the site mentions the chipset as 7 gen 3, not the 'plus' variant

Mills, 14 Mar 2024Nothing Phone (2a) is something but is it stock android?I'd consider the 2a if it was smaller and the camera was a little better. I consider it to be close enough to stock android. Nothing, BBK, Sony and Motorola are basically the only OEMs that are using stock android.

"So what more could you want? says the article... How about finally bringing UFS4.0 and LPDDR5X/5T to the masses, unlike the miserable fiasco with the 12R. Interesting Cpu Choice, as i would go with a D9200, as it might end up faster in Multi-core , but oh well, let's wait and see.

If it's not too big, I'd consider buying it. I'd prefer a slower Qualcomm chip than a fast Dimensity chip. I briefly had a Nord 3 and GCam was a little unpredictable.
I just want a midrange phone with a Qualcomm chip and a Sony sensor that's not too big and has near stock android. You'd think the market would be flooded with them, but nope.

It has a lower maximum clock speed, but honestly that's no deal breaker. We're back down to the midrange 7 series silicon though, not the flagship Dimensity 9000 like last year.

SD8 gen 3 is a big fail from Qualcomm this year : all devices with this new SoC throttle like hell and have a quick overheating. Want a proof ??? just look for reviews on gsmarena itself !
