Even Transsion Holdings will gonna join the Dimensity 7020 circle of shame through CAMON 30 5G, NOTE 40 Pro 5G, and NOTE 40 Pro+ 5G.

      Anders, 17 Mar 2024Lenovo really, really don't like giving their G series... moreyet their G60 is the only phone that supports 4k recording. the G series is like vivo Y series. but still, they do not support any stabilization. so 4k is a bit pointless on a budget midrange. you do not want that earthquake effect when recording during walking..

          The same goes to Helio P35/G35 and G37. No wonder why you won't see any new phone with these chipsets in 2024, only G36 (which tbh, just as crap as P35/G35/G37).

Dimensity 700/810/6020/6100+/6080/7020 and Snapdragon 680/695/4Gen 1/4 Gen 2 do not support 4k recording therefore no-one can implement it. The blame is on Qualcomm and Mediatek. Although the Mediatek chips do support 1440p, only Transsion seems to be using it atm.

              Sad to see Motorola not use their favourite processor, the Snapdragon 695.

                Chipset is not going to cut it in 2024 assuming the price is similar to G54 5G which is around $220. G54 also had same chipset so no chipset upgrade done. 782G would have been preferable or 7s gen2

                  Lenovo really, really don't like giving their G series phones 4K video recording. They didn't even give the G84 4k video recording and that's supposed to be the G series flagship.
