I use Huawei Band 6 and i thinking about change band 9 actually not have big changes but feeled more small than band 6 and design.

seems the new selling feature is the strap and the sleep tracking accuracy which is huawei kinda lacking, if it is then band 9 will be perfect. Hopefully they also have reduced thickness and weight again

Really?
The shape of the Band 8 is a clearly worse for wearability than the Band 7. IMHO
The overall numbers might be the same, but where the Band 7 was well designed for human wear with rounded edges and corners this certainly can not be said on the Band 8...

They did an almost perfect job with the wearability design of the Band 7, though a bit thick, as they could not keep the stamina if they made it thinner.

So that was a lie in the article. 2 grams sounds little but from 16 to 14 is 12.5% less. The only complaint I have about my phone is the weight. So if a phone manufacturer was able to keep a phone pretty much the same, but reduce the weight by 12.5% and the thickness by 10% that would be a big upgrade for me.

New colors and nothing else. I hope that’s not where the smartphone market will end up as well. Though it would mean they may extend software support, if the phones are all the same anyway. But it would be very boring otherwise.
