NeonHD, 20 Mar 2024Imagine when Apple finally switches over to 90hz/120hz on t... moreit's not the fact that the average person doesn't notice the difference, it's just the fact that they just don't care honestly. iPhone's scrolling speed is so slow and their software has been smooth from the get go so it doesn't matter as much as it did for android. I mean I use a phone with 120 hz and even then, whenever I try my family members' iPhone 13 or 15 Plus I don't feel bad because as I mentioned the animations are smooth, there's no lag/jitter and it gets the job done.

But yeah, f*ck Apple for not giving 120 hz to everyone, the vast majority of users aren't getting to experience this gem just cus it's "Pro"motion.

I know they said 120Hz is not coming, but that doesn't mean 90Hz can't come.

you have to suffer, 20 Mar 202490hz costs so much for them. so they insist on being stuck ... moreI'm sure spending a few extra bucks on 90hz screens won't hurt daddy Apple... After all, they are rich with the billions of dollars they accumulate from scamming consumers

Screens will crack better if it falls

Imagine when Apple finally switches over to 90hz/120hz on the base model and many people don't even recognize the differences 💀

I'm making a critique against those potential people (ahem, "average users") who somehow can't discern between high refresh rates.

Samsung's display design peaked with the Note10 and they've just been refining it. Their design philosophy peaked with the Note20 Ultra and the S21 Ultra and have just gone to Apple type of "slight changes to make it seem like they're making improvements" strategy.

To be honest it'd be far more encouraging to see the pill gone because it seriously ruins content watching/gaming by appearing as someone has glued piece of black tape on-screen.
