    wake me up when they use a better chipset. my oneplus 6 from 6 YEARS ago has the same gpu performance as a 2024 450€ phone!

              Stop talking about the price, it's useless. Everybody should know that official price is one thing and real price is another (totally different) thing. Here in Spain, for example, you have available the A55 (8/256 GB version) just in this moment for ~365 € with all the discounts applied in Samsung Shop. Yesterday I bought a 8/256 GB unit for only 289 € with my Samsung Reward points, with a 84 € refund giving back my old A52s (total A55 price: 205 €).
              Obviously it's not the same price in every country, but I'm sure that most of the A55 customers will pay 400 € or less.

                    If i really wanted a newest Samsung phone with thin bezel, i would prefer Galaxy S24 over a $200 chinese phone.

                      Because Galaxy A25 has more popular brand image than Oneplus, also comes with 5 years software support.

                                    It's ok for a price 350-375 euro for 128/8 and 400-425 euro for 256/8.
                                    500+ euro for a55 is way overpriced when Nothing (2a) 256/12 is 360 euro( in Bulgaria)!
                                    2 and a half years ago, 1 month after launch I got my a52s for 375 euro for 128/6 version!
                                    My wife had motorola G8 plus and I thought about a55 as replacement but the price is awful! So yesterday I got her Nothing phone 2a, 256/12 version for 360 euro.
