I'm not referring to that. I'm referring to the messages of Xiaomi/Redmi excecutives in particular like Lu Weibing (now he has taken over of head of the Xiaomi Smartphone business) who frequently try to poke fun at Oneplus. It started with the Oneplus 12 this year. Oneplus hasn't engaged in the same type of tactics on Weibo as far as I can see. Of course Redmi phones are far more popular in China. Oneplus is only recently being sold offline but it is the fastest growing brand

They always try to slate their c... moreYou're saying it as if Oneplus never made fun of Redmi in their marketing, while in reality they kept doing it constantly, you'd know it if you watched any of their Chinese exclusive launch events. Redmi phones are much more popular in China than Oneplus phones, so them attacking Redmi to try and grow market share in the Chinese market shouldn't come as a surprise

Camera is... debatable though. I don't really prefer Xiaomi's photo processing but some people likes it though.

                            One has bloatware, the other doesn't.
                            One has more frequent updates than the other.

                                Both are jokes. Samsung is the king.

                                  Typical Redmi advertising. They always try to slate their competitors especially the ones that are selling well and that they feel threatened by. Oneplus was the fastest growing brand in China last year and the pricing for their cost effective models was similar to Redmi which is why Redmi has been attacking them frequently on Weibo this year
