By building support for flutter into HarmonyOS SDK, anyone could potentially develop an iOS/Android/HarmonyOS app at the same time from the same codebase.

I think Zhaoxin is not that prominent. government is backing Loongson because their ISA is totally in-house built, also their raw performance under Linux is better.
Loongson is currently using binary translation to run Windows apps. Last year they announced that they will make all mainstream Windows apps usable "in one or two years".

Harmony OS used numerous Android components for years, and now they are porting Flutter to native Harmony OS next apps (it is native! using Harmony OS's own runtime instead of ART)
who cares? Flutter is developed by Google.

Like deepin, or UOS(latter is officially backed I thought). Locally-made-CPU-wise I've heard complaints about performance. it is like i3 8100~9100 in common models, which should be enough for paperworks. Maybe the software system is still underoptimized.
But given the fact that last time I visited my secondary school in 2021 they are still using 6th Gen i3 as office and classroom computer, maybe some performance boost in real life?

Govt suppliers are still providing 10th and 11th Gen Intel processor because they could run windows 10 flawlessly. Besides local manufacturers are offering other solution like loongson too

Windows, especially the enterprise and guvernment oriented versions are quite secure. The whole registry works in a secured container on windows 11 of course with the proper hardware, not hacked, so viruses will have a hardtime doing something harmfull to the maschiene. Windows is very "domain" oriented and holds administrative features other OSes don't even know they exist, with this features administrators can lock down the system till the user can't do anything but browsing or opening the calc. So yeah, that with windows attack bla bla, might have been something in the past for an amteur wndows user that installes cracked apps and viruses on purpose. It gets way way more harder to do that in an business/ office enviroment.

Well goodbye, and quite a good move. Like this china will for sure not be able to throw a cyber attack, minding the hardware they will be left with. A clone will remain a clone and the makers of one will never understand the whole.

They deser... moreI'm not here to argue about such a complicated issue, but I think we can all agree that none of the US, China, or any other country, actually care about moral values more than their interests, I mean there's no angel here. (I am from Iraq, which was invaded by the US)
In terms of Huawei, I guess you're talking about its mobile sector since its telecommunication sector. However, it does have a negative impact, it's still one of the top major providers of 5G equipment around the globe.
I strongly support competition inside the industry, since it would push innovation in technology forward. using the methods of banning other rivals' equipment, software, and technology certainly does not do so.
