Quite possible that someone's used before even them.

Whenn Apple copy somone it's "innovation", when somebody does something remotely similar to something Apple have previously done they get sued.
Stop being sheep people, the products they release aren't even market leading anymore, they're literally selling £100-£300 value handsets for £450+ because they know foolish people will pay big bucks for fruit themed technology, and it's literally because so few people actually do any research before buying a handset. I sell phones and whenever i get a customer asking for a Blackberry, i know it's almost 100% for BBM, which is not only going to IOS and Android this summer, but most people have Unlimited texts on their tariff now as standard.
Android fans appreciate variety, customisation options and flexibility with their handset, and with a few very, VERY minor exceptions there is preactically nothing an iPhone can do that a cheaper Android handset couldn't do just as well. IiPhone 5 Equivalent is Nexus4/One X/S3/S3mini. All of those are cheaper and (with the exception of the S3Mini) better phones. Not an opinion, a fact. Preference doesn't come into it, this isn't the difference between XboX and Playstation, this is the difference between paying £300 for a 19" tv or £300 for a 42" of identical quality and going for the 19" because "everyone else has one".

Guys, please stop saying Huawei is copying iPhone's design. That design is not patent by Apple, so Huawei has right to use it as well.
Unless Apple patent that design, Huawei is going to settle a law suit with Apple.

hello! people keep saying p6 is copy-cut of iphone. dont be too conceited guys! if you think that iphone owns that metalic body why iphone didnt apply for patent so that othe makers cnt make so called design?it seems you are saying that other smarphone makers should make oblong shape or whatever shape aluminum body phones? not that candy bar shape which you claimed iphone owned!

Ram, 14 Jun 2013I-Phone 4scopy...with big screen../care as long as it's got a proper OS, with a properly large screen and battery capacity. In other words Android OS, 4.7-5" screen and a battery with capacity of 2500mAh or higher.
Though I doubt we'll see that last bit (battery). Hence I will most likely go for a Jiayu S1 if it becomes available soon. Or possibly the Sony i1.

Looks like the copy of an iPhone... An old iPhone designer was probably hired by Huawei, and asked to create a new phone... Used the same body style of an iPhone, with an Android operating system...
