These product series from sammy are taking too much airtime. 😅

Anonymous, 30 Mar 2024I agree with that advice! Although emulation compatibility ... moreAmd gpu has better Emulation compability than Mali though, any Emulator with Vulkan will perform better in Xclipse than Mali.

Seems like the advantages of A55 are limited to the metal frame and 1 generation newer chip. I thought the difference in camera quality would be bigger considering the sensor sizes. And the base model has more RAM but not the 256GB model (which I‘d always prefer anyway)

justasmile, 30 Mar 2024Conclusion: Get none of these, given that the Nothing Phone... moreI agree with that advice! Although emulation compatibility in specific emulators might've been an issue.

Still, I'll get the (2a) instead of A55 or A35, especially how expensive the higher A series phones in the Philippines compare to the (2a) which costs 21,000 pesos on 12+256gb variant.

The article most of us are waiting for is a GSMArena style comparison between the A55 and the S23 FE, since both are dangerously close in terms of pricing, and they coexist in many regions (India for example)...

Still feels the A34 to be the better pick for most, especially those looking for a large screen inexpensive Samsung phone. As for the A55, imo the S21FE is the better alternative at the same price range.

It’s so funny so many YouTubers are all praising the A55, a big heavy phone with thick bezel. They’re all praising the aluminum frame, ignoring that Samsung already used aluminum frame way back when for the A5 series.

I'm still waiting for A55 to make it's US debut if it ever gets one

Getting the A55 might just not be worth it.

Samsung just repeated last year and made it better.

Anonymous, 30 Mar 2024Just make an A75 with 7g3 12mm + 25mm + 55mm cameras ... moreIt is highly unlikely that they pick up the discontinued A7X models, considering that they shifted the pricing segment for that device to the A5X models and then we have the S2X FE models that take the spot in the gap between the A and S series.

Conclusion: Get none of these, given that the Nothing Phone 2a exists.
