I d... moreMy 67W even charge from 20% to full under 1 hour. Andy why do you need to charge it in full when you should get like 50% in like 20 minutes ?
If that wont last you a day then you seriously need a power bank cause of this already show your serious addiction of screen

90W is garbage some phones have 240W charging speeds.
I dont have the luxury to spend 2 hours at home waiting to charge my phone.
I dont wish to carry powerbank with me.
And when i go on vacation and making photos and videos like crazy even at midday i need my phone to be charged in 5-10 min utes to full from flat.
Time is money faster is always better.
Companies like Apple, Samsung, Google or Sony which ignores this fact are useless.

From what I have read, it is still a niche problem that affects a small portion of the global population. Still, I think all manufacturers, or Android itself should include settings for people sensible to pwm.

1989 nothinghappened, 29 Mar 2024At what brightness?I have no specific data, but I can definitely tell that my Poco F5 flickers a lot less than my Galaxy S20+ at the same low brightness (close to less than 2 nits) when I capture the two screens side-by-side with a camera. I am not super sensitive to flickering, but I do notice the flicker of my Galaxy S20+ a little, while I can't see any similar effect on my Poco F5 no matter how hard I try to see one.

PureOS, 29 Mar 2024U can't see it, by your eyes are imposed to this flick... moreYou get your dry eyes with what ever screen when you steer the screen 8 plus hours a day and daily.
It's common thing for people who work behind screens and that includes LCD screens on laptops.
Happens more with phones cause the screen is smaller and you have it closer to your face over laptops with larger screens.
We only look excuses to dry eyes without admitting that we spend too much time behind screens what is the actual cause of the problem

Kyukoman, 29 Mar 2024I bet Redmi Note 13 Turbo will have 90W charging while Poco... moreDifference between Note 12 Turbo and F5 was only more storage and RAM in favor of the Note 12 Turbo as F5 come with only 256GB storage and either 8 or 12GB RAM
The difference will probably also be like that with Note 13 Turbo and F6
There is no way i believe that F6 will have slower charger even tough 67W is already good enough speed to charge a phone and you wont win a lot of time with the 90W charging speed over the 67W

Shamrock Sean, 29 Mar 2024What are you on about?? Xiaomi make amazing cameras in thei... moreYeah, I certainly consider Xiaomi's cameras in its high end phones to be superior to the cameras in OnePlus phones. Phones like the 13T, 13 or 14 would crap all over the Nord 3 and the 12.

Anonymous, 29 Mar 2024poco f5 has pwm of 1920hz. you physically cannot see the fl... moreU can't see it, by your eyes are imposed to this flickering, which gives u dry eyes, headache, etc. Everything below 3000 pwm is not safe (this is official number from companies). Also, colors from AMOLED are beautiful but can be to strong for some people and their eyes, so LCD washing out colors are more suitable for them. Plus, LCD is much durable, has far less pixel burning and is much cheaper. Ofc that have many downsides and that many people prefer AMOLED, and cause of that I suggest that same phone should come in two versions, AMOLED and LCD, so people can choose by their needs.
