The camera is great, but the main lens fogged up amost immediately when used outside. Totally unusable. I just sent it back, because in this pricepoint, this is a dealbreaker. Extremely disappointing after paying 1500€.

i am liking chinese phones now a days more than any other countries made of... thing is, JUst stay away from philippine properties, stay out from our Exclusive Economic Zone, then claim whatever behind it.

Otherwise, I... moreAny phone camera (and ILC lenses) can get the foggy lens issue if it is exposed to drastic changes in temperature. Now, that Xiaomi's lenses are more prone to this than others does indeed, not bring them such a great reputation, but in the end, there are a few ways to prevent it and besides, you don't even know how the users reporting this problems have used their phones or in what conditions they used the phone. The lens of a camera doesn't get foggy without a reason, clearly.

dcdev, 30 Mar 2024If you don't use cameras, maybeAs I said, the Zenfone11U is particularly good in performance (CPU, GPU, RAM), battery life, and having a jack. It is not better, and in fact, worse, in display resolution, cameras, and software updates.
I, personally, bring a micro four thirds camera with me if I'm going to take photos, so I don't give a lot of weight to camera quality in my phone.

I remember that not long ago Xiaomi was the brand that had the most bloatware and also included lags.
Do you know about the failures of the Xiaomi 14 regarding the fogging of its lenses that have been reported? I think that this is a very serious problem in a premium phone of that price.

Every brand needs an Ultra these days, if not you're out. What comes after the Ultra? I remember the Samsung Galaxy Mega, because at that time it was indeed mega. So a comparison of all flagship Ultra’s would be in place indeed. I like the eco leather back, something else than the glass back we have now since years.

Among all ultra phones there is nothing better on the market than 14 Ultra by xiaomi right here right now.
Honor is close by along with Oneplus 12 and few Oppo and Vivo.
Other uultra phones are nothing just an overpriced ordinary gimmick with nothing worth the asking money.

They not even giving charger, case and screen protector with the phone. No earphones or earplugs, no fast charging capabilities and no many else. Apart much bigger price than any other brand or flagship user gets nothing just a lot of bloatware with even more bloatware via updates every single day which is data costly deppends on region you live.
In any case Any other brand or phone maker easily with in terms of specs and pricing compared to Samsung, Apple or Google.
