PureOS, 01 Apr 2024Not just for gamers. Phone will have great display, stereo ... moreGamers are the main target though. There are so many phones like this either launched or soon to launched that are nearly the same in China from Realme, Oneplus, Redmi and Iqoo. Not much to differentiate them other than software

Heard at the Xiaomi HQ CEO office.

    What shall we do today?
Let's make some new smartphone series names.

        waiting.....

Hackbox, 01 Apr 2024no excitement. again 8 MP UW and 2 MP Macro. 16MP Selfie. ... moreNot just for gamers. Phone will have great display, stereo speakers, very fast charging with included charger, at least 3 mayor updates, plus will be below 400€. Only downside will be camera, but even here they offer 4k ( sometimes with 60fps, like F4), with ois.

Should be turbo 4, as first below flagship killer level phone was redmi note 3.

Now watch as they rebrand the Turbo 3 into a Redmi Note 13 Ultra in other region or something. Or even worse, a Poco phone lol.

They aren't calling it 'note turbo' or 'note t' anymore in China because they want to increase the price and positioning to sit between their note series and k series in China

Totally not gonna be confused for Xiami Redmi Note 12T Pro. Or the gazillion of Redmi Notes you spewed out all these years.

It's the product quality that matters. Basically they changed the name because they want to position this above the note series but below the Redmi K series in China. In other words more expensive than the note series but cheaper than the K series. That's the idea of the name change in this case.

                                      (duplicate)

They should've called it T instead. Less is more sometimes.
