"The ability to use ChatGPT without an account is rolling out gradually, so it may not be available immediately to all, but it is definitely coming."
Wait, how does that work? It's not bound to an account, so it's either there, or it isn't. Unless they're doing it by guest accounts assigned via IP lookup? In which case, I'd rather do it by an account I've made.

Some of those "big companies" are not even give you a proper service. In most case they even gated some essentials feature of their apps behind a paywall because like I said, they don't care with you at all. Example?
- OpenAI' DALL-E (it's previously free goddamn, like come on you can at least give us your older models and we won't complain)
- YouTube's ability to play in queue
- Spotify's ability to choose a song instead of playing some song random songs.
- YouTube Music's ability to play in the background.
The last two is not even males sense. Like come on, it's more makes sense if they just locked music videos or collaborative playlist or behind a paywall. Or make users only able to make up to 7 playlists, that's more makes sense to me too.

Care in this case doesn't mean that a company likes you as a person or wants to be your friend; it means that it'll give you proper support and service. The exception is monopoly which doesn't give people a choice.

I'm not saying that small companies aren't evil. It's just that big companies are usually more evil and also more relevant.

Generally, small, medium-sized, and big companies care for consumers because they want their money. If you think that small companies care for you more than big companies do, you are ignorant.

Disappointed , 02 Apr 2024It is useless. Not updated since January 2022.Like the elites will share their GPT-10 to the public commonoor. kek
They'll slowly milk them with outdated/paid versions while extracting blood, sweat and tears from coders that they will replace with the product they made themselves.

Big companies are ALWAYS evil. None of them actually really cares to their consumer. (except non-profit companies, maybe)

Gemini Pro is the current best free All-Rounder Model in my experience. I have tried Bing Chat, PI, Claude Sonnet, Groq (Mixtral), Perplexity. PI is best for conversations but not suitable for technical stuff that's where Gemini Pro makes sense.

Still wants an account. And the trajectory this company is going reeks of Google's "be evil", but they are heading there at much much faster speeds than Google did. Not sure if I even want to be part of it at any point.
