I've tried this chipset on Sharp Aquos Sense 8 and it always heats up every 1 hour of light usage, like scrolling on Instagram, thanks to Samsung fabrication. Pretty sure this is not Sharp's fault because I've tried their other phone before and none of them heats up as fast as this one.

    So disappointed to know Motorola is also now excluding chargers in the box

      This year's line up is away below average, Motorola using very low tier chips

        If the Edge Fusion uses a SD 6 Gen 1, and becomes a Neo then it's likely so too will the upper G model (G86?), which is going to be disappointing.

                      I know the ISP matters, but does an older but more powerful Qualcomm chip necessarily mean it's superior? Surely it's not just about the power.

                      Fair point about the fridge, but fridges cost 2-3 times what I'd spend on a phone. Plus, batteries on phones can increase, whilst that's not relevant to fridges.

                        Be sure ISP of 888 is better than 7g3.

                        In the end yiu will be doing same you can do on your current. This urge to buy new one without necessity is one of many reasons brands increase prices every year.

                        By the way, newer fridge can be more power friendly than your current. Have higher capacity etc ... Still you dont want new one.

                            The Edge 50 series has a new OmniVision camera sensor and Motorola is claiming that there's improved photo processing. That's something I'm interested in hearing about in reviews. If there's something appealing to me, I'll consider upgrading and selling my existing device on eBay.
