ColorOS is fairly basic in terms of features. Even FuntouchOS is a leg up over ColorOS. The only redeeming factor for ColorOS is that Oppo uses many Google's default stock app, like the dialer, so fans of stock Android might be happy with ColorOS. But feature wise as a smartphone, it's not even close to OneUI. OneUI has features like routines that is more advance than even iOS.

Though I really think people exaggerate how bad some software can be, mostly they're all decent with their own unique pros and cons.

You know, by people who have actually used it, not salty dummies who parrot "Coloros bad because uhhhhh bad durrr!" even though they've never even held an Oppo phone in their hands.
      Dunno about FuntouchOS though, haven't tried it in a while. But your reasoning is laughable, saying Oppo's android skin is 3 years behind OneUI or the Pixel UI just because Oppo introduced their version of AI eraser some time later.

            Samsung was the first to introduce object eraser in S21 series followed by Google pixel phone..... Same year

            Now after 3 year oppo launched it oppo eraser. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

            This proved that why Samsung one UI and pixel ui are far better than oppo vivo ui

            They are 3 to 5 year back in term of software
