This OS is a result of collaboration with Intel and bada OS. Tizen looks like Touchwiz, ugly. This is a fail. I'll bet on Sailfish OS.

what is the advantage of Tizen over Android?
I'm very sure there are limited apps and worst still you need to pay for them.
I don't see any reason Tizen will become successful in fact it is a liability to Samsung! Samsung is going to burn a lot of money because Tizen.

When it's proven than Tizen is stable, resource efficient, has excellent performance and has the support of the app developers then I will consider adopting Tizen.

Excellent - Samsung will leave android to it's low/mid where it needs to be and finally be abel to focus it's UI and it's lower level code to make their Touch UI more efficient (heaven knows it needs it!)
Marty H - I've my own fanboy tendencies, but seriously - I don't think labeling yourself in resemblance to a lemming is going to go well for you... :D

Had Wave 1 and was the best phone for really cheap price. But after Samsung decided to let Bada die, i turned to Android and i am very happy with it. So it is a big NO to Tizen. Why change when Android is now so mature and great. Once bitten twice shy...and just love you can get all those apks everywhere on the net.

why this? when tizen is launched it is meant to run on high end samsung devices and android will be for mid range and low end devices
