“retrieve anything you’ve ever seen or done on your device.”
Microsoft admission that they are spying.

Ellen Dale, 09 Apr 2024Bring windows mobile back, market it with ai if you need to... moreOne of the point of using Windows 10 Mobile back then is because it's just different. The UX looks different compared to standard boring Android and iOS UX, and it still performs smoothly even on low-end hardware after years of usage. The problem is only because no developers are interested in developing applications for Windows Phone. What's even the point of having a "smartphone" that doesn't support YouTube or social media without needing to go to browser?

The first and the main problem of Windows on ARM is developer's willingness to develop their apps on ARM version of Windows. Arm64EC existed, but what's even the point if developers are not even give a f abt it?

X Elite can beat M3, but can it beat M3 Pro? No.

But that old OS was leagues ahead of iOS and Android of its time

It can run small size AI models on device. That's the key here. No internet needed for generating texts and images.
Might pave the way for unrestricted AI models.
