I bought tcl idol x few days ago, but my phone having a problem when i make a call. They cannot hear me but I can hear them. I tried use headsets and that's work, they can hear me and i can hear them well. I think there's a problem with the mic. Please, give me a solution to solve this problem.

MediaTek MT6568 quad core 1.2Ghz ARM 7 is equivalent to a dual core processor, although due to it's 28nm fabrication this system on chip don't heat up very much and is quite a battery saver. I appreciate Micromax is selling their phones at an economical price which provides an alternative to Samsung phones but Micromax support isn't up to the mark, champ.

Samsung Galaxy S4 is selling twice or thrice more the price of its manufacturing, because of taxes in other countries. Micromax isn't making phones? They are just rebranding these Chinese phones and selling them for a little more. It's worth to mention that the hardwares used in these Chinese phones are of extremely poor quality. You seem to know nothing about phones.

[deleted post]I've used a Micromax A116 Canvas HD and tell you what? The touchscreen stopped working after two days of purchase and it's in service center since more than two months. Isn't that pathetic? It's. You guys should take the advice. Never buy a Micromax phone or else you'll have to suffer.
