Typical GSMArena commenters. You get what you paid. With the same pricing, I'd rather get a phone with great hardware but poor software support rather than a phone with poor hardware but great software support. No software support doesn't mean the end of anything, but an unusable phone due to poor hardware is a far worse condition.

For me, the old design for Axon phones was better. I'm not a big fan of round corners. Let's see if this one is interesting enough to be released globally and not getting cancelled lol.

ZTE phones = lousiest sw support in the industry. You'll be lucky to get one major OS update, they are buggy as hell and security updates are lacking.

This is just a ZTE branded Z50s Pro right?
Seems like most of the news ZTEs are just nubias. Blade A75 5G is a downgraded nubia Mavericks, Blade V60 Vita/Design will be sold as a nubia in some markets (and the V60 series probably looks like AliExpress clones of nubia flagships), etc.

People don't give the Axon 40 Ultra's design enough credit, it'll probably hold up for years to come. Unfortunately ZTE just doesn't really have good software

The axon 40 ultra was their best looking phone imo, shame the removed the udc from a ons. The udc should be a zte unique selling point. Less focus on camera and more on a beautiful uninterrupted screen for movies and content consumption
